After ordering I thought the price was wrong. when I asked the question it only took one working day to receive an explanation that totally made things straight. I was surprised to get such a quick response. After receiving my bracelet, I had a question on the size being a little tight over the hand but feeling plenty loose on my wrist. I got an immediate reply from Hanna. Explaining I could have the size changed free in the store. She gave me all the instructions to get a mailing label and that it would only take a few days!!!
