I've always been drawn to seeing beyond the expected, going outside the lines and reimagining what something can become. Today, that same instinct shapes both my art and my jewelry.
I created this limited-edition locket as a piece of wearable art. Only a few were made, and you can be one of the few to own one.
Built layer
by layer
Inside this locket is a one-of-a-kind collage, carefully crafted from painted tissue paper. I begin by painting the paper, then gently tearing it apart and rebuilding it piece by piece.
What starts as something delicate becomes stronger with every layer, every touch, every moment of care.
Light plays an important role in each piece. Because the material is translucent, the colors and textures subtly shift throughout the day — revealing something new each time you look at it. No two are ever exactly alike, and no moment with it is ever quite the same.
Life shapes us in much the same way. It adds to us, pulls at us, and layers us with experiences. Some moments are soft, others more difficult. Yet with each layer, we grow stronger, more complex, more whole.
